This machine was built for Royal Enfield dealer, to be used in competition. It was developed the year prior to the introduction of the 'Sports' Model 200, and is a single-cylinder 225cc two-stroke with the unique two-speed twin-primary chain design. The speeds are changed with the 'coffee grinder' handle on the tank top. The engine used an ML magento, and Senspray carb. A charming little competition machine!
