1967 Velocette Thruxton 'Squish Head' Factory Racer; 1 of 10 built.

Veloce Ltd built 10 'Squish Head' Thruxtons in 1967, for special customers to race in Production class events.  One of these machines won the 1967 Production TT.  This machine was originallly owned by the late Arthur Lavington, who purchased it from the factory.

This motorcycle includes the frame (which has no sidedar or footrest lugs), an alloy petrol tank, steel modified oil tank, a pair of VMT wheels w/Dunlop alloy rims, double-damped forks, the engine, a racing seat, clip-ons w/Amal GP levers, a 1 3/8" GP carb w/matchbox float, a Lucas K1FC Competition magneto, and a 'close ratio' series 12  TT gearbox.  No lights or electics. Asking $25k.
